What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (direct-to-film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film and coated with an adhesive powder. The transfer is then heat pressed onto a garment or item, producing a vivid, durable, and flexible print that works on a wide range of fabrics.
What is your turnaround time?
We aim to produce and ship all weekday orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Large or custom orders may need additional production time.
How do I apply a DTF transfer?
Press the transfer at roughly 300-315°F for about 15 seconds with medium pressure, use a warm-to-hot peel, then re-press for about 10 seconds under parchment paper. See our How to Apply DTF Transfers guide for full step-by-step instructions.
What file requirements do you need?
For the best results, submit a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background, sized to your intended print dimensions. Clean, transparent artwork produces the sharpest, most accurate transfers.
What are gang sheets?
A gang sheet is a single sheet filled with multiple designs arranged together to make the most of the space. Gang sheets are a cost-effective way to order many transfers at once, whether they are copies of one design or a mix of different artwork.
What fabrics can I use DTF transfers on?
DTF transfers adhere well to cotton, polyester, blends, and many other materials. We recommend testing on your specific garment first, since results can vary by fabric and finish.
How should I wash items with DTF transfers?
Wait at least 24 hours after pressing before the first wash. Machine wash cold and inside out, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the design.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because transfers are custom printed, orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We offer free express shipping on orders over $69. Orders ship via trackable carrier service, and transit typically takes 1-3 business days after your order is handed to the carrier. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video and we will make it right.
