Press the garment
Pre-press the blank for 3 seconds to remove moisture and flatten the fabric before applying the transfer.

Position & press
Place the transfer print-side down, then press at 300–315°F for 15 seconds with medium–firm pressure.

Peel hot
Peel the film while it is still warm in one smooth, continuous motion for a clean release.

Finish
Cover with parchment or a Teflon sheet and re-press for 8–10 seconds to lock in durability and soften the hand feel.

What is DTF?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat pressed onto fabric. It works on cotton, polyester, blends and more, with vibrant color and a durable finish.
What is your turnaround time?
Orders are printed within 24 hours and typically ship in 1–3 business days.
What files do you accept?
We recommend a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background, sized at your final print dimensions for the sharpest results.
What are the application settings?
Press at 300–315°F for about 15 seconds with medium–firm pressure, then hot peel. Always verify the exact settings for your film and fabric.
How durable are the transfers?
When applied correctly, our transfers hold up to 75+ washes without significant cracking or fading. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying for best longevity.
Do you have minimums?
No minimums and no setup fees. Order a single transfer or thousands — the choice is yours.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one large sheet packed with multiple designs so you can maximize film space and lower your cost per print. Arrange as many designs as fit within the sheet size.
